TJ Ginn responds to Fox News article

on the age of the universe being

1.2 billion years younger

Fox News posted an article about the age of the universe being 1.2 Billion years younger

TJ Ginn posted a comment which went virtually unnoticed. The comment explained the errors with the propagation velocity of light being a variable as to each color. IE Red light being slower than Green light and Green light being slower than Violet light by as much as 1200 meters per color.

He explained that since this propagation velocity variance exists as he has proved, the red shift of light is a mis-observation.
